Company Profile

Educators Cooperative, Inc. develops exceptional teaching by supporting instructors with research-based strategies and collaborative coaching focused on results.

We work with universities, districts, schools, and start-up groups to help create the best learning environments to meet community needs.

We participate in a range of programs to help improve schools through initiatives to start-up, improve, or even redesign. While there is no single answer to the challenge of providing a high quality education to all students, there are lessons learned and practical models to review. We connect educators to the research, the evidence in the field, and the practical experiences that help instructors succeed.

We specialize in individualized learning to meet student and teacher needs. Our staff has a diverse K-16 background with expertise in operational challenges and executive coaching in educational settings. We match our staff’s expertise to meet our customers’ needs. Educators Cooperative is an equal opportunity employer.

Collaborative Projects

Educators Cooperative is involved in a variety of collaborative projects with non-profits and universities. For example, working with the Asia Society, we provide ongoing support to schools within their International Studies Schools Network. Alumnae and professors at the University of Southern California and California State University – Fullerton collaborate on a range of projects and consulting work. Each fall, we work with graduate students in education at Concordia University, delivering a symposium on educational design and management for the 21st Century.

History

Educators Cooperative was incorporated in the state of California, U.S, in 2010 as a sister company to Aveson Educational Cooperative, Inc. Four independent educators pooled their talents and resources to form this educational professional practice. Since the inception of both cooperatives, we have helped dozens of educational institutions reach their goals of improved student achievement. We have also written grants raising over $3.4 million dollars for our clients and have helped design five new public schools.

The company has one division that provides K-16 support though a range of consulting services including professional development, school start-up, and improvement.
